Festive Balloons Policies

He purpose of Festive Balloons is to help our clients celebrate special moments in their lives with the joy of balloons. We are committed to do our best to serve you, so we have the following policies in place to protect both you and us, and to make our services possible and more enjoyable for everyone.

 

Cancellations: Things come up, and plans get changed sometimes! If you find that you need to change or cancel an order for a product or service please contact us as soon as possible. We will do the best we can within our power to accommodate your needs, however, Festive Balloons has the right to charge you for any materials we have already purchased for the order, plus labor for the time already spent working on the order.

Fulfillment: We realize that balloons can be a large part of you décor. We will work to get the details of delivery straight on the front end, so that products will be delivered or picked up according to your expectations. In the case of a missed order (client calls and has not received it) or another misunderstanding, we will do our best to deliver the product or service as soon as possible after becoming aware of the issue. If the situation is not settled to your satisfaction, Festive Balloons will take responsibility for mistakes on our end, and reasonable refund and/or "store credit" will be issued, depending on the circumstances.

Privacy Policy: The information collected in the order form or the online store will be used solely for communication about the balloon order, its delivery, payment, and any follow-up needed. Information will not be sold or given to any other party. Emails may be sent to the address given for promotional purposes.
